Ziivaa strives to ensure that each product is quality checked to the highest standard and as part of our exceptional customer service, we offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee and a five year limited warranty on any defaults on the product.
Ziivaa can process orders from most countries in the world and has adopted this policy on how shipments will be processed and delivered.
All orders require a correct and complete physical shipping address and a contact telephone number. In the event there are problems with delivery you may be contacted for clarification by Ziivaa or by the shipping agent. If your package is returned to Ziivaa due to an entry error and needs to be reshipped there may be additional shipping charges.
Please allow at least 2-3 business days for Ziivaa to process each order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We will contact you via email if there will be a delay in your order for any unforeseen reason.

Shipping methods and rates may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the custom fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Ziivaa.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to: import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Our global customers will have an option to take out additional shipping insurance. This will be an additional charge, but will guarantee the shipment of Ziivaa products in case of any unforeseen damage, delay, or loss that may be incurred during shipment.
A handling fee of $2 will be charged per order shipped.
We guarantee customer satisfaction with every item purchased from Ziivaa. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 60 days of your original purchase date for a full refund. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is an 18% restocking fee. Custom orders will not be eligible for a refund.

Ziivaa Operations, LLC. warrants its products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship up to one year from the purchase of the product. Once inspected by an authorized ZIIVAA® agent, we will repair or replace any defective part or product free of charge. If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us at +1 941.225.6600 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When possible, please email us photographic evidence as well as a detailed explanation of the defect. A proof of purchase receipt must be provided. We are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible.
No Guarantee of Effectiveness
The physiology of each woman is different. While Ziivaa has endeavored to create a universal and effective means to reduce the effects of menstrual cramping, Ziivaa also acknowledges that this product may not work for everyone. Thus, it is important to consult your OB/Gynecologist prior to using this device. Ziivvaa is not meant, nor should be construed, as a product that replaces the advice of your doctor or need to routinely visit your medical specialist.
